Cotto was taking knees with that blood my friend. Let it happen because the way he lost doesn't give me reason to believe he could ever beat Margarito. Hopkins never wanted to exchange enough with JT to ever win enough rounds. He was too smart to get damaged. JT won some rounds but not enough against Pavlik to win the rematch.

Cotto cannot trade enough in a rematch after losing that way to win. He cannot box for long enough to win the fight. There is no chance after this weekend. His best bet is to trade because he will never win late in the fight. It will look like Pac/Morales III or a repeat of the first.

Cotto can always be Cotto but he won't ever beat Margarito.

Some of your post makes minimal sense.

I guess we will just disagree, and then see who is correct over time.

This was no beating...if anything, Margo took the sustained beating. Cotto had his nose broken, hence the swelling.

Do you know what has to happen to have a 2nd fight? Someone loses the first.

    Nothing new here.

My unoffical scorecard read 8-2 ... Cotto was doing well but the broke nose hurt him alot ... he fought 10 rds w/ a broke nose.

Yea I know. I meant unbeaten from now until the time the rematch occurs.
