    Toney would win. Ouma was a flash in the pan when he won the title. Lost on his second defense. I believe he even got knocked out by a journeyman with 16 loses before he won his title. Toney would have beaten him in his prime too, but I believe Ouma fought specifically at 154 and Tony didn't fair well at 154.

    You guys really think Ouma was robbed against K-9??????Thats insane. I wouldn't call Bundrage or Roman journeymen anyway.
