Would anyone like to see this? Anyone think Margarito would have enough Mexican pride to not lose to a boy?

Think Canelo would murder Margarito. He's too young, too quick and too powerfull for Antonio to survive 12 rounds on heart alone.

Man, I know it sounds like an ******* thing to say, but I was really looking forward to Canelo-Williams.

This is a nice fight if you hate Margarito

Current Margo is shot to ****, slow as molasses, has no defense and is specially a sucker for the left hook as Cotto proved.

Canelo has one of the meanest left hooks in the sport, he put iron chinned previously unstopped Baldomir to sleep with it.

Imagine if Canelo lands that left hook on Margo's damaged eye all night like Cotto did, it would fall from its socket for sure.

You can laugh now but that'd be really gross to see if it happens

Margo should limit himself to fight featherfisted powder puffs, or just retire already.. he's done anyway, everybody will just thump his eye to **** and stop him from now on.:-(

Quite Frankly, I'm tired of seeing Saul Alvarez in these preordained one-sided beat downs. I want him to actually step up and face someone worth consideration. Antonio Margarito, since the Shane Mosley fight, has been nothing but a shell of his former self and the guy would be nothing more than a stepping stone.

I think his durability is the only resemblance of a once feasible fighter, but after the eye surgery one has to question does he even have that anymore. Alvarez would be able beat Margarito pretty easily due in part to the fact that Tony's best days are long gone.

From a marketing perspective I think a fight like this could make sense because Mexicans will pay to see two donkey's fight each other as long as their both Mexican donkey's.

not interested , margarito is simply a name for his resume and canelo needs to fights to fight a fighter young and in his prime and stop just accumulating names for his resume. if you hold a creditble belt you should fight the best out there and not have your promoter say they are slowly building you up.

I got nothing against Canelo fighting one or two more times before taking on an elite fighter as long as they're credable top 15 opponents. He's still very young.
It will be a crying shame though if he never faces at least one of Floyd, Pac or Martinez, because they all retire before he's ready.

Margarito would have no eye at the end of the fight.
