I garun-****ing-tee you that if the odds were +2000, you would put $1.00 (or more) on Joshua to win $2,000. Because deep down inside, you know he has a chance. I mean, look at all the shaky situations Cotto has been in. Cotto would be the guy I wouldnt bet a ****ing penny on in any fight. Dude just gets rocked, wobbled, knocked down, forced to fight running away and fight dirty all the time. And who are you to question my confidence in a fighter? I put my money where my mouth is all the time. My confidence has nothing to do with anything. I just analyze situations, and bet accordingly. I got nothing to prove with you or anyone on this board when it comes to predicting or analyzing fights. I just drop some cheese on sportsbook.com. do you?

That $1 would only make you $20 unfortunately not $2000 LoL. Check your math padre.

ok so im no math genius **** it. But even putting $10.00 to win $200.00 is pretty sick odds that anyone would go for.

In a 12 rounder, I'd rate Cotto stopping Clottey as an almost certainty.:yep

It would be like taking a 10$ bill and wiping your ass with it, honestly. Clottey has no chance against Cotto.

Clottey whipped him until he hurt his hand repeatedly punching margarito in the face. The funny thing is Margarito tried to change his style up after this fight and try to keep a high guard like Clottey..lol that was funny as well. The only thing is he couldnt block ****. Cotto whoops Clottey. If clottey shells up like he does against Cotto he is getting a few ribs broken. Clottey is tough with a good chin though. Clottey would kick Margaritos ass again in a rematch.

You're out of your ****ing mind. Margarito didn't stop him but Cotto is going to? GTFOH.

Clottey is probably stronger than Cotto as well as bigger. Clottey very well may lose, but if someone is going to end up KTFO, it would be Miguel Cotto.

Margarito is not technically sound or accurate and he certainly doesn't hit as hard or damaging as Cotto. Please start watching the sport of boxing.

No. Clottey can't punch ****, as Huki and others have pointed out. In fact, Huki already dropped the analysis for this fight in his first post, read that if you want my full response because I don't feel like typing it up for a lone peasant.

    1. I've watched the sport a long time. You don't have to be technically sound or accurate to be a big puncher. Look at Ponce de Leon. Or better yet look at your hero who is technically sound and accurate, Joan Guzman, who couldn't break a water paper bag.

    2. I never said Clottey was a big puncher, but he is very strong and durable. He hasn't been on the canvas, or on Jello legs multiple times like Miguel Cotto.

get the f outta here amsterdam, if clottey was really a 20 to 1 underdog you would put something on him. I know you would, those odds are just too freaking sweet. Anyways, I like Clottey a lot. I think his defense is excellent and his power is underrated and I wish this damn fight would happen so all you guys could eat crow and give my man his due. he is a natural talent and a great boxer. I would also like to note that clottey fought in the same gym that brought up azumah nelson and ike. He's a seasoned pro in there.

Thanks Huki for the Marg/Clot download....

    2 things...

    1. If Clottey didn't hurt his hand, he'd would have BEAT Marg

    2. Margarito is so WIDE...so WIDE!!!!

The minute he fights an elite fighter, he will lose (Oh wait, he already lost to won)

Mayweather and Cotto would beat him...Sh!t, Mosley and Judah have a good chance as well

even clottey's biggest strengths won't do him any good..he has great speed..cotto has underrated speed. He has a tight defense, but that leaves him open to the body and cotto might be the most devastating puncher to the body in boxing

Cotto also has much more punching power overall and is strong as a tank himself

everyone knows cotto doesn't have speed. tigh defense doesn't always leave the body open, in fact, ppl with tight defense usually have strong bodies, and use their arms to deflect the shots.

i dont think cotto has great punching power either. he is a hard puncher but definitely not 1 punch ko power. clottey is a beast with a huge left hook. he went into the corrales fight weighing 170...think about it. i would say clottey is a much better puncher aswell, and definitely a better counterpuncher.
