Thanks to all who commented in appreciation of that little piece of action from a great, great fight. I don't think I can sell this one. I actually did it for my wife, who is a big Margo fan. But it was a fun project & I don't see why I couldn't paint it again. For all those asking how much for something like that, I have to say around $400, shipped. This one really went over well. Received 3 pm's about it & lots of nice comments. I knew it would make a great painting. Its all in the composition & that one was classic. Here is the Pac/Diaz pic I'm gonna paint for Sandman1337. This should make for another powerful statement. This content is protected If anyone is interested in having something done, don't hesitate to ask. And if someone seriously would like me to paint this same Margo Cotto painting, just let me know. :good
What is it that you actually want? You can right clic on it to save, or do you want me to send you the 1200kb original photo I shot, cause the one I posted here is reduced to 95kb. If you want the larger file image, pm me with an email address & I'll send you that one.
is there any way to get a shot of just the painting in high quality?....you know like the quality of any other picture on the internet. i wanna make that my wallpaper.
Yeah, I have to have my son shoot it with his Nikon & then he Photoshops it to make it look the best possible. Give me a few days to have that done & I'll post it. Keep your eyes open for it.
I told him before that the Butler art museum in Youngstown has a sports section. I've seen worse displayed there. He should gather up some of his work and bring it. He could also stop in and see that guy Pavlik when he is in town. I'd be interested in a higher quality version of the photo to get a better idea of the artwork though. Seriously. My wife does art so I know a little.
