    This drives me crazy. I have to be honest here.

    Why is it that every one of you guys who come out of nowhere give Clottey all of this credit for a bruised knuckle, yet don't give one ounce of credit to Margarito for having a sprained ankle, an injury on his wrist, bad sparring and a big layoff?

    Furthermore why do all of you fail to recognize that Clottey has fallen apart late in fights in three noteworthy contests. Baldomir, Gutierrez and Margarito. It was no fluke. The better man won, even injured.

    A 100% Margarito will knock Clottey out. I hope it happens.

    Highly speculative post, hardly demonstrable for now. We might have a better idea after the Cotto/Margo fight is done.

    Unless there is a WW round robin tournament with all the relevant fighters,it kind of has to be speculative,or opinionated.

    The Cotto/Margo fight should nonetheless fill the gaps. The Margarito skeptics, such as myself, don't think much of Kermit Cintron whereas some fans here believe that Cintron would beat Cotto. The same thing happens when we speak of Zab Judah. The Margarito fans say: 'if Judah got Cotto in trouble, imagine what Margo would do to him'. One needs to have a very low opinion of Judah to speak that way.

    In view of the above, some posters, fans or detractors, will be forced to revisit their opinions after the 26th because, right now, it's either black or white.

    Let's just hope that the outcome of the fight will be clear and uncontroversial.

    That's funny because Clottey was kicking his ass before he hurt his hand. I think many here will agree Clottey was well on his way to a easy UD before he got hurt.

    this is why i said at the end of my post

    cotto smart enough to know , not to try and KO margartio , because that would only put him in harms way.
    Look for Cotto to out score margarito and use his much in improved boxing skill to do just enough to get the win.

    Cotto should be slick enough to avoid margarito's rushes and avoid turning it into a war.
