Why didn't Margo sue the **** out of the CSAC if he felt he was innocent and they had no proof?:deal You won't answer that question because you're full of ****.

There are only TWO things clear about the Margarito Wraps..

1. They were illegal, because they were clearly old and used, and the commission rules require the knuckle pads to be NEW..

2. Lab results came back showing the used pads to have "TRACES" of Sulphur and calcium.

Sulphur and Calcium are ro ingredients which can be found in a multitude of products inclusing...wait for it.... SWEAT, SKIN, HAIR, BLOOD, HAND LOTION.

If indeed Margarito was attempting to use PLASTER in his gloves, and if the evidence was sufficient to prove this, why wasn't he legally charged and or banned from the sport?

Let that sink for those who want to claim he was using Plaster.

 

Believe me he would have IF they'd ever indicted him. They couldn't indict him on a blatant lie. Hard for one man to take on a State Commission anyway . It was a shame his eye got permanently damaged against Pacquaio he'd still be raising hell now. Because the only rule Margarito had broken was the attempt to use pads which were clearly used, and the commission rules require new pads for ever sanctioned fight.

The commission made their ruling based on the evidence that the pads were not new. The way they proved the pads were not new, was by sending them to a lab. The lab findings were traces of Sulphur and sweat. If they were new it would not have sulphur and calcium, so they had enough evidence to prove he had broken a rule.

Sulphur and calcium are found in sweat, hair, blood as well a many products including hand lotion.

The CSAC banned Margarito for a year and his trainer for life for just trying to use "used pads" and they accepted it? Seems a little harsh to me for that minor offense. I actually meant to direct this question to IsaL.

Obviously they are PIMPLE they framed Margarito by believing the PLASTER BLOCKS Bull Feces. Javier had committed a technical infraction by accidently putting used pads in the wraps.
Now just think for a minute, if youre capable, What would Margarito gain by Javier putting a harmless used pad in his wrap? Absolutely nothing & that's all that happened. This was all started by Richardson & the Plaster blocks fable Which was just meant to disrupt Margarito & get in his head.
Personall I honestly believe it was done to cause a fracas so Steroid Mosely could be slipped through juiced to the gills.
