margarito vs flyod...my thoughts now..and on the fight

I agree about the pressure.

But i feel the closeness of the scores shows that a slicker more defensively sound fighter would have a great chance at getting the decision.

 

I agree with this, although I'm not sure Floyd will be able to handle the pressure as well. He showed against Hatton that he can get very uncomfortable with pressure, and Marg is a lot bigger than Hatton, taller than Floyd.

I think that's another great fight there though. 50/50.

 

hatton is a different pressure fighter than margo, margo doesn't clinch and do hit and hold like hatton

 

Nothing has changed on my view . . . if PBF and Margarito would fight . . . PBF still wins it by points.

Cotto was boxing beautifully and hitting Margo wth 1-2 punches up to the 7th round before Cotto run out of gassed and got pinned. Well that won't happen to PBF because he simply wouldn't let himself be pinned . . . he can box for the whole 12 rounds.

 

If Floyd comes back and takes this fight, we're gonna see him dance more so than we ever have trying to ellude that relentless animal. "I never grow tired and I never show fatigue". Well Money, this fight would serve as the true exam on that position. I honestly feel, all Floyd hatin' aside, Margo does the same here as he did to Cotto. Cause form what I've seen, I believe Cotto's tougher than Money. Not as quick n' ellusive, but more durable. Floyd's not gonna sustain those body shots the way Cotto did. Yeah Floyd's great. I've never disputed his greatness in terms of his style/approach to boxing. That's just it though, he rilly shouldn't talk **** that way without bangin' more often.

 

But yeah Fanman, my honesty trumps my pride n' fanfair for DLH here. I think Margo hits harder than B-Hop and would probably drop Oscar much in the way if not more brutally than Hopkins. Sorry, Oscar.
