    Oh please. Margarito will be just an average fighter (presuming he doesn't have an unfair advantage) when he returns.

    About 12-18 months ago I would have laughed and said Margarito would slaughter Pac. Now... Margarito just looks like a stagnant target waiting to be peppered with power shots. Pacquiao would win.

    PAc showed mercy with Cotto, cmon now..we all know.
    He was probably thinking of Z Gorres and out of respect for Miguel.

    On the flipside, PAC will not show MArgo mercy just like Shane didnt. It would be brutal

    I once dismissed Pac's chances against any elite ww. I even made a thread about who would 100% beat Pac and cited PTP and Margarito as fighters that would pose as inevitable defeats on his record.

    Quite frankly I'm done doubting Pacquiao's limits. He renders logic and reason moot and refutable.

    Truly a special and unique talent.

    Mosley has cracked Margo-Cheato's chin now. I had a crazy idea sometime ago Pacquiao might be able to win on points.

    Hell, he might knockout Margo-Cheato now. It's be funny seeing Margarito hitting air all night.

    I think Pacquiao wins!

    I think the odds for a Margo win will be closed in Vegas. It'll be guessing how many punch Margo would land per round

    IMO but if they ever fought, Pac should just bumrush Cheato. Cheato would get hit 5 or 6 times before he got a punch off! LMAO

    Trinidad was legal in every state except New York. Margarito was legal no where! I am not even a big Trinidad fan, but that's the facts.

    Trinidad cheats everywhere remember his handwrap caught by Hopkins trainer?That was what finished Vargas career i can remeber his fight against William Joppy he said cheato 'el' Tito have a devastating punch not knowing his handwrap was triple layered.

    Margo without plaster = Pac UD.
    Cotto hits harder than Margo, both Clottey & Shane has said this, and Pac took Cotto's shots very well.

    Margo will be a lot slower than Cotto. If Cotto can outbox him for most of the fight, Pac will cruise to a UD.

    i think it would be a semi close fight, id have to know how margaritos chin is at this time before i made a prediction....

    but regardless, pac IS levels upon levels above margarito in terms of greatness, and as a fighter, and it shouldnt even have to be pointed out as to why. Im not even talking in terms of achievments, im saying just, inside the ring, pac is a greater fighter. Margarito is bigger and obviously in my opinion would match pac well just because of his unrelenting attack and he would be huge compared to pac, but i still think pac has the ability to beat him.

    I think Pacs darting in and out, coupled with Margaritos relatively slow (though i think people make him out to be slower then he is) punches shouldnt reach pac too terribly much, and pac has the stamina to continue this throughout the fight and not just be a frontrunner. It would def get hairy down the stretch i feel.
