Yea but Cotto didn't even come close to hurting Margo. I think Tito's power is getting overrated here but I think he did have enough power to stop Margo from bullying him. My pick would be Tito by UD.

I can definitely see Trinidad winning -- as he has the size to match up to Margarito -- but as always he is being vastly overrated. He had great offensive instincts and skills but never was a particularly intelligent fighter, as was proven on several occasions when he fought the true elite.

The question is how much respect he can garner from Margarito with his power, versus how much Margarito can garner from Trinidad with his. Yes, Margarito will be there for Trinidad, but Trinidad also will be there for Margarito.

It's a better fight than Trinidad fans want to believe.

I kindly disagree...at 154 (or 147 for which he holds the record for most title defenses and was 35-0) he hit like a ****ing mule kick...u do not stand in front of Tito at those weight classes

Tony gave Cotto plenty of respect in the first round, until he realized he could take his punch. tony would give tito the same respect, except i think he would respect his power the whole fight and be reluctant to step in. Santos hurt margarito. Tito could KO him no doubt.

I think if Margarito doesn't go the distance he would definitely see the late rounds. Margarito's constant pressure would trouble Tito as it troubled him for a couple rounds against Yory Boy.. difference being Margarito has a far stronger chin and will than Campas.

I think Tito has more trouble clocking Margarito as continuously as people think, but it's not too unlogical to say that he could grind him down by say.. the 11th and warrant some type of stoppage.

I think Margarito would definitely knock him on his ass at some point in the fight.

Trinidad has been dropped by fighters with less power then Margo. Sorry..Trinidad's dad would stop it before he gets ko'ed

Dropped and he KO'd almost all of them at that weight class when he got up. That's 7 knockdowns and 6 KO's, the only one he didn't knock out was Reid, but he did worse to him...5 knockdowns and a ruined career...Tito was a ****in horse at those weight classes.

You have to watch Trinidad's action when he was prime. It was suicidal to stand toe to toe with him. I cant say the same with Margarito at his prime.
