Arum needs Margarito to help promote Pac to the world, cause Pac sucked in his last fight with Marquez, and many are saying that Pac might be old, over the hill, etc., so Arumm needs to keep interest alive in "pacmania" and is having Margarito promote Pac.

besides, Margarito has to do everything Arum tells him, cause Arum (through DelaHoya) has control over Margarito being re-licensed year-after-year.
Thats why Margarito "threw/layed down" in the fight with Pac, by giving Pac a FIXED win.

Its obvious Pac-Margarito was FIXED.
Just look at the difference of Pac-Margarito, and Pac-Marquez.

Marquez fought for real.
