Mosley is not "proven and self admitted." He never failed a test. He is a PED cheat from admission alone.

So, even if you choose to refuse to believe evidence in the case of Margarito, he is still a cheater from admission alone (Capetillo wrapped his hands and admitted the commission was correct).

Margarito could try to claim ignorance and that he didn't know. But, then again, Shane Mosley has always claimed that he didn't know what was in the supplements he took either. Ignorance is no excuse.

As the person at a loss with an injury or pain uses the drug to mask the pain. In Floyds case, his brittle hands allows him to throw harder punches and have better power upon impact by minimising the pain or any existing pain for that matter.

Now tell me, if a perfectly healthy fighter is on the receiving end, how would lidocaine possibly help them in the same circumstance?
