PED users are far more harder to determine if they using other then when they were caught. You are trying to compare noticing maybe a 10 to 20% increase in stamina performance at most for PED users to noticing the differences in someone's ability to explode ears, crush cheekbones with head gear on, make eyes and ears bleed, make wraps crack, etc. the list absolutely goes on. Once Margarato was caught it was extremely easy to see that he had been using loaded gloves for a very long time as things are far more easier to explain with them. Extremely easy to see Margarato's career should be tossed out into the street with the rats.
