Pacquiao was ranked number 1 by all as he should have been, if we take your 'what have you done lately' agenda into account you use when saying Maidana should've been ranked in the top 5 at 147 above Alexander and thus Porter.

Pacquiao had stopped Cotto, Mosely lost to Cotto. Mosley's only win at 147 in the THREE YEARS prior to the Mayweather fight was over Magarito (who's win over Cotto had a huge Astrix next to it at the time).

So the previous 3 years prior to the Mayweather fight,

Mosley had 1 win against Magarito and a loss to Cotto
Pacquiao had a win over De La Hoya and a win over Cotto

Not rocket science to work out why Pac was number 1.

Well being that as you claim before Mosley-Mayweather, Mosley was the CLEAR CUT, CONSENSUS #1 WW, he seemed to drop an awful long way based on one defeat to a pound for pound top dog Mayweather, and Ortiz the CLEAR CUT, CONSENSUS #3 WW in your book unlike Pacquiao is awarded a incredibly high ranking for someone who had one win at the weight over pretty unproven Berto.

Why did Mosley drop so low down the rankings and Ortiz enter so high? Oh that's right, Ortiz was due to fight Mayweather, and Pacquiao to fight Mosley. Which is where your bias agenda comes in. Not saying Ortiz wasn't or shouldn't have been number 3 WW, but by making that argument you discredit your others.
