Margarito will KO Cotto if they fight

it would be a tough fight for Cotto, but I can see Cotto out pointing Margo. Cotto will do body work that will slow down Margo. I just don't see Margo being able to throw 100+ punches a rd after taking so many body punches. He will walk through anything Cotto throws at his chin, but I don't think is the same story to the body.

Dude, Cotto has arguably the best body attack in the game. Who has Margo fought that can hand out the body attack that Cotto gives. This is something that I will believe when I see it. IMO, Cotto can slow him down with the body attack.

Indeed. Like Cintron, Cotto's whiskers are rather suspect. I would expect to see him warn down and stopped in the middle to late rounds.

 

I disagree, he has been wobbled by Corley, and dropped by Torres (pushed down, although he taking shots in a firefight). But he has faced some big punchers (Torres, Bailey, Pinto, Judah, Maussa) and he has weathered all adversity and come out on top. If his chin is as suspect as you say, he would have been dropped more or stopped by now.

I think his chin pretty good to be honest.

It's seems better at welter, but what top PUNCHER has he faced since he moved up? Pauli?? Gomez? A used up Judah?? Margarito is gonna put those questionable whiskers to the test, and my bet is they don't pass it.

 

Margarito has decent punching power but mostly overwhelms opponents with his workrate and pressure. I would definitely say Judah has more one-punch knockout power than Margarito does
