Cotto is going to win this and probably fight DLH after it for some serious money and recognition(not that he lacks it, but more is definitely needed). If Margarito wins I'll be REALLY shocked.

I think you are ABSOLUTELY right about this. Margarito is going to win, and win big here.

    Amen.

The Cotto fans aren't ready; they have no idea what is going to happen to Miguel in around 6 weeks.

I will say this: Cotto has the balls Pretty Wuss wished he had. Unfortunately for him, he's going to take a hellacious beating because of those cajones.

This fight is easy to see: Cotto is able to stay on his bike, be slick for 4-6 rounds. Then he starts to lose just enough steam so that Margo catches up to him and he either is forced to trade or he just gets run over. Either way, he's going down and he's going out via KO or TKO. It will take a miracle for Cotto and his glass beard to finish this fight. Margo is sending Cotto out on his shield, and it's going to be ugly for Cotto and his fans.

Floyd knew what he was doing in retiring before Margo became King of the Welters. That was a smart decision. Floyd could cherry pick as well as anyone the sport has seen in a long time.

Pavlik Vs. Williams is the fight to see.

Margarito beat the crap out of Williams in the first fight. Why didn't Williams give Margarito a rematch? Quintana gave Williams a rematch, so why the prejudice against Margarito? Well, Williams was in bad shape at the end of that fight, he knows who won. Margarito or Cotto will knock Williams out if they ever fight.

Pavlik will knock Williams out very viciously so.

I do believe Cotto will beat margo, and I think for an entertainment standpoint...That would be more entertaining, and as far as crowning a kingpin in the WW division...Much easier. Margo has lost 5 fights, he's lost to Paul Williams (Who'd have to rematch, and win), and he doesn't have the resume of Cotto.
If Cotto wins (which some already consider to be king of the WW) the only other guy he MUST beat would be Paul Williams. His resume is already that stacked. He could beat Margo, beat Paul Williams, RETIRE De la Hoya, and he'd be the the true meaning of undisputed champ. Possibly so much that he lures Mayweather to come back, and fight him.
If Margo wins, of course he has to beat Paul Williams DECISIVELY to prove he's better (like Williams beat Quintana), he'd almost have to beat somebody like De La Hoya, then people would bring up Mosley, along with other gate keeper WW's that he needs to fight.
So, the WW division sake I hope Cotto destoys Margo. I think either way you people should be *happy*!! You get to actually see 2 good warriors fight eachother...As opposed to watching something like De La Hoya/ Mayweather 2.

BTW: Pavlik vs Williams? I love how people jump the gun on somebody being to big for somebody else. Much like Cotto being rocked at 140 (because it was to small for him), 147 is to small for Paul Williams. His natural weight is around 160 i'm guessing (he rehydrated to 156 I think for fight with Quintana this time). So, if he fought as his normal weight...He's in better shape, has a better chin, has a better punch, etc. I'm not saying he could beat Pavlik, but some of yours guys reasoning is crap.
I honestly doubt he could beat Pavlik right now, but in a couple years I think there's a good possibility...Just like how I think he could easily dominate the WW division if he knew how to use his height properly. One good thing about PW vs Pavlik would be Williams is a great inside fighter, and both are tall. Williams is bound to dominate in the inside, throwing a ton of punches, not letting kelly get set. If it was on the outside Pavlik would probably KO him.

Margarito Vs. Cotto will be a real war and I look forward to that fight first.
