Margo already beat Floyd 4 years ago. He won without throwing a punch when Floyd refused to fight him. So I believe hes won already. Check the video.

I think the margarito of 2007 would give floyd a hell of a fight! Styles make fights..... but margarito should hang them up because he took a very bad beating last night and I dont think he would be the same anymore!!

Floyd most likely would of beat a prime tony by UD! But he wouldnt of whooped his ass like manny did last night!! Thats for damn sure... floyd would of been running like he saw a ghost, he would of landed pot shots all night!

Ok, that being said, let me know when Pac beats up a "prime" Tony. I agree Tony was in shape, but I would hardly say he was in his prime. So you are comparing Pac beating an out of prime version of Tony vs PBF fighting a prime version...how does that compute breh?

Running? I doubt it. Moving? Definitely. Would he inflict as much visible punishment as Pac did last night? I doubt it. He would achieve the same end, as Manny did...a wide UD...and do it by throwing at least 300 fewer punches and getting hit with, significantly, fewer also. Both would dominate this version of Marg...and easily. But, they would do it, somewhat, differently.

He has a great chance of beating Floyd.

Just like that one mother ****er ended up beating that flyweight.......Calderon.

Sometimes the size and strength is just too much.

I will give Floyd the benefit of the doubt though, and say his footwork and punching power is still enough to win a decision, but Margo would get to his body at times with those long arms.

Margo reminds me of Fight Night 4 hyperpunchers with the **** he does.

floyd would not step in on Margarito, if he stepped into range he would get hit. floyd would try to peck away and throw while leaning back, fighting scared. I really truly believe Margarito, if he has anything left, would beat the **** out of lil floyd.

to the one clown who says Margarito isn't in the same league as Fraud, maybe so skillwise. but the better skilled fighter doesn't always win. There is no question about the heart or courage of Margarito.

But there are many questions and suspicions about the heart and courage of duckweather.

This is a **** post. Floyd mayweather has the best defense in the sport, and Margarito moves in slow motion compared to him and has no defense. He wouldn't lay a glove on Floyd, and Floyd's connect % would be through the roof. Easy win for Floyd.

Correct: 2 different styles! Floyd is an artist in the ring, he would of picked his punches and got out of harms way against tony!

One of the theories given in the past was that a prime reason why Floyd didn't want to fight Margo was because of Floyd's brittle hands.

The thought was that Floyd would have to throw so many punches to try to: 1) keep up with Margo's workrate and 2) to try to keep Margo off of him. There was supposedly concern that Floyd's hands wouldn't hold up for that kind of punching output.

Don't know if that's true or not, but that theory/explanation was out there.
