It's in Spanish, someone translate (I could but I'm lazy right now).

    http://www.vocero.com/deports-es/cotto-venceria-a-pacquiao

    Translated:
"After seeing the fight once again, I was thinking in the Pacquiao fight. If Cotto fights how he fought Margarito, he will bean Pacquiao. All he did was hit and box, retreated and hit again. He fought a great fight, if not the best. We were expecting a well prepared Cotto, but not at that magnitude. He didn't get hit by Antonio."

Let me translate the other portion...

"We congratulate Miguel Cotto for his victory. Cotto had a great demonstration and excellent footwork. The things between them are prsonal and everyone is entitled to their own way of thinking and feeling. From my part, and as part of the team, I have to congratulate them."

You are probably right. He is probably looking to make a Pac vs Cotto 2 fight look more legit. He is clearly trying to stay away from Floyd.

Just a difference in translations, i read it as saying that he avoided being hit, not avoided every punch.

Nah.....I don't think so. Cotto boxed Pacquiao in late rounds and he got knocked out finally.

I'll translate the part that wasn't there:

We are amazed at how much better Cotto was in the second fight.
    - Because, of course, nothing else was different this time. Yeah, THAT'S it !
