Well no **** he felt his punches. Look at his face!! No one is saying that Margo was never bothered. When i used to box there was 2 types of power you felt. The snappy fast punches like PAc which my cousins emanuel had and the concussive power Mosley which daren had. Everytime emanuel would hit me it would sting but i never felt out of it. Daren though when he caught me would shake me up and make me think twice about attacking. Anyone who has boxed knows the difference when getting hit by both types of punchers.
BAZOOOOOOOKA.....wass good homie.....so what happened? what happened to ya boy....u ran your mouth so much only to see ya boy wit a cracked orbital bone.....GOOD FCUKIN CALL "PUTO" (in the words of that fcuker brandon rios)
It's mainly superficial injuries to his face and if not for the orbital bone injury he would just look a bit swollen up in both eyes. Mosley really blasted him with concussive punches and sapped his energy before landing the shot that wobbled him. If you let Malignaggi hit you in the face 400+ times chances are you will end up pretty swollen and puffy too.
Margarito was ****ing mutilated and the ref should have definitely stopped the fight after the 9th if not earlier. Pac won every round and Margarito couldn't even see a damn thing out of his right eye.
Bazooka, I'd be interested to hear your comments?? You know the doctors are waitin for swelling to go before commencing surgery on the area around eye.
Its done with now......but if indeed Pacquiao wrapped as you said, "stacking".......Roberto Garcia dropped the ball in not going over to supervise Pacquiao wrapping his hands. The Margarito team had a camp representative present, but he did'nt protest when Pacquiao loaded his knuckles with rope like pieces of tape. When Garcia went over to see Pacquiao's wraps, the inspector had signed off on them, but Garcia could see the ridges of those ropes underneath the gauze. Garcia protested of course, but it was too late, the Commisioner just said, "you had one of your own guys in here and he did not protest. Its over and done with." Roberto Garcia dropped the ball, he should have oversaw Pacquiao wrap.......he could have told the commision, I want to oversee Pacquiao wrap, and then we'll come over so I can wrap Margarito or vice versa.
even though he was getting hit, there never seemed a time for the ref to jump in. He was always defending himself, coming forward and throwing back. He could also still see out of both eyes. If you watch the last couple of rounds there never seemed a point to stop it. Margo was never going to stop it. I think his corner should have pulled him out.
In defense of the ref, he stopped the action a few times and, covered Margarito's good eye and asked him how many fingers he was holding......Margarito answered correctly each time........that and Margarito was punching back......at no point in the fight did Margarito stop punching for any prolonged period.......which was the case for example when Shannon Briggs got beatdown by Vitali Klitshko.
I'm not sure if it was the 10th or 11th.......Pacquiao really laid it on Margarito, and I do believe Garcia was thinking about stopping it........but Margarito came back to his corner and repeated several times, "Im fine, I'm fine, I'm fine. There was no way that Roberto Garcia could have stopped that fight and have lived comfortably with that decision. Throughout the whole promotion Margarito had said he would not quit on his stool or have his corner throw the towel in for him. .......and to make matters worse, that ****ing turd Freddie cockroach had said the night before that Margarito would quit. Having heard Margarito speak of this, I'm certain he would have preferred to die in the ring than to have had his corner throw in the towel. To Margarito's credit, he made Garcia's decision to not throw the towel in easy, by fighting all the way through.:deal
