    Nope. New weight and new trainer for Cotto. One more time. In Nevada you are handed a bag with material for wraps. You aren't allowed to use anything else. Just what comes out of the bag. You want a knuckle pad of gauze, you make it from that material. The Nevada commission is probably more on top of this. Remember, the only thing that the California commission really claimed was that the pads were 'used' and they found 'traces' of stuff. Hardly damning because they blew it big time and that is the best they could do to cover their asses.
