    A $1000 bet on Margarito at +160 will get you the initial bet of $1000 back, plus $1600 profit. $2600 back in total.

    the +160 doubles with every hundred you bet...
    Like 100 = 160
    200 wins 320
    300 wins 480
    400 wins 640 so 800 would win 1280 but like I said Im not 100% sure, I haven't bet in a while, I had a bit of a problem with it

    It's in multiples of $100, so if it's +160 that's $160 for every $100 you bet.

    If you bet $1000 that's $160 ten times, which equals $1600.

    In total you would get back the $1000 you bet, plus $1600, which equals $2600.
