Seriously though... Margarito was caught attempting, whether he knew or not, to load his gloves with, what the California Athletic Commission describes, an old pad with traces of calcium- an ingredient of plaster of paris. With all that evidence, why did they only suspend Margarito for only 1 year? Now everyone is bitching Margarito is getting a big payday. The man did his time- for only 1 year, go ask the commission why. They should be blamed for not handing out a longer suspension.

The man legally got his license back from Texas, who openly believes the case against him was weak. He got to fight in Mexico a few months ago. I don't recall anyone bitching about that event. But now that he's fighting Manny suddenly it's :|:|:|:|:|. If you're going to *****, be consistent.

As far as UFC/MMA, they are successful because of good marketing and is enetertaining in its own right. Has absolutely nothing to do with the state of boxing.

Orishaman........there is no proof that Margarito knew or ever had his wraps doctored before the Mosley fight.....

I'm certain you are of the opinion that Margarito had his wraps loaded with plaster in the Cotto fight.....

My question to you......are you willing to give Margarito the benefit of the doubt if he so happens to repeat what he did to Cotto, against Pacquiao?

Surely you know that Margarito's wraps will be under extra scrutiny when he wraps for Pacquiao, and he's surely not going to have his wraps loaded.

I dont know how anyone not hating can keep remarking that Margarito has cheated in previous fights if he bloodgeons Pacquiao.

Yes, for the hundreth time already I saw them. I'm trying to repeat what the actual people who hold the evidence are saying. I can't say for sure what they are since I can't see them in person. Whatever it is, it's something that shouldn't be there. Even Margarito said it would have been dangerous for Shane.
