margo vs pac......why not?

I'd rather see pac fighting cotto than this... margo is just to big and strong.

It would not be a good fight. Oscar was a shell of his former self and Margo is just too big and strong and Pac could never even bother him.

Common guys, lets not sign Pac up for his execution.

Margo would kill the Pacman. You Pac fan boys are nuts. Pac beat an old, over the hill fighter. He would lose to any of the top 10 welterweights (maybe he'd beat Collazo). You guys are forgetting he barely scrapped by JMM, who is a Jr. Lightweight at best.

 

Margarito is not Oscar. Manny looked good against Oscar because Oscar shouldn't be losing weight to make 147 which he haven't in 8 yrs. That's the reason roach told Manny to take the fight because he knew Oscar doesn't got it no more and plus losing that weight killed Oscar. Margarito is a beast at 147 and Manny couldn't stand the relentless pressure of Margarito will give.Margarito is the bigger man and stronger of them two and thats what he does to his opponents is walks them down. He uses his size,power and pressure to overwhelm his opponents. I don't think Manny couldn't stand type of pressure. It would be fun to watch but Freddie Roach will not allow Manny to take that fight.

 

Margo's pressure, out put, and body attack would to be great for Manny to overcome. Margarito would walk through Manny's shots and while Antonio struggles at cutting the ring off, I feel he would eventually get to Pac. Margarito is just to much man for Pacquiao to handle.

 

Because Margarito needs to fight people in his own size and has unfinished business with Williams. Also because Roach said they won't and also because Roach said they're going back to 140 after the DLH fight.

 

let's just talk about fights that can actually happen. pac-mayweather @147, and @140, pac-hatton and maybe pac-jmm3. the reason pac fought @147 vs. dlh is that it was a certified superfight just like a future fight w/ mayweather also @147 will be. a fight w/ either margo/cotto simply won't give pac that same superfight status.

pac is now a light-welter fighter. that's why he's also considering fights w/ hatton and possibly jmm3 @140 which are also superfights in their own right. pac is only interested in superfights starting with the dlh fight. that's why a fight w/ margo/cotto will never happen.
