Oscar dosnt hit as hard as Cotto, and Cotto couldnt discourage AM, so why the hell would Oscar risk getting put in a wheel chair for a fight with either one of these warriors.

It's quite clear he doesn't want the best challenge for his last fight, he wants the most money for the least amount of risk. He is a businessman more than a fighter.
