How would Mayweather earn ANY respect for fighting someone coming off a win over Manuel Gomez and Kermit Cintron in 2006 in comparison to possible fights with DLH at 154 or the #1 Welterweight in Baldomir coming off a win over Judah and Gatti?

How would Mayweather earn any respect in 2007 fighting someone coming off a LOSS to Williams and a win over Golden Johnson in comparison to a fight with Hatton?

You honestly believe that this would have enhanced his legacy beating a guy who's biggest win back then was Kermit Cintron. :huh Just admit that he's a Mexican and only because he's from there you were first to jump on the bandwagon, now it looks like you're slowly backing off.
