He already did, Margarito never has admitted to fault. Margarito's claim and it seems valid to me is that he didn't know what capetillo was placing in his wraps, it just looked like gauze to him.
Margarito's was still saying that at the CSAC hearing after his incident.
…...and he was still saying the same thing when he re-applied to get his license back after one year of being suspended and was denied because according to the CSAC "the fact that Margarito still wasn't taking responsibility and admitting fault showed that he was unrepentant."

Do you ****ing see how these corrupt commissions work?
Have you've ever heard of innocent men being boxed into admitting fault to a crime in order to have their sentences reduced or avoid jail altogether if they happen to convict them?
The CSAC did exactly that to Margarito, they never granted him his licence back to fight in the state of California because Margarito would not admit to wrong doing.
Margarito stuck to the same exact story he told from day one and for that he was denied re-instatement of his boxing license in California the commission stating he was unrepentent.
In the meantime Nazim Richardson who started this whole fiasco changes his story everytime he's interviewed.

1..... No independant authority tested the pads only the CSAC & the lab that conducted the test for them
2 ....The pad was used so it would have sweat & hand cream on it
3..... Nothing "fell out of the wraps" That was Richardson's lie that said "Plaster blocks " fell from them
4 The pad was about the size of a credit card & a year later when Robert Garcia was allowed to inspect it It was STILL soft & flexible. Robert laughed at the idea it was an attempt to load the gloves. THIS is what truly shot the CSAC's accusations out of the water. they shot their own foot off by letting Robert inspect the pad

It was supposed to be Oscar taking on Floyd or Cotto ,LOL Tony upset the applecart by totally destroying Diva Cotto didnt he???? ROFL Neither Oscar nor Floyd fancied fighting Tony so he had to be got out of the way Hence this railroading Damn man a blind man could see it

BUT Javier Capetillo has been training fighters in Ca gyms since BEFORE Tony was allowed to fight again anywhere but Ca & he has a valid trainers licence still

As far as I know Capetillo does not have a license to work as a trainer in California.
He applied for a license some years back and was granted the license by the CSAC.
Granted one, then taken back claiming it was an administrative error. LOL!!!

LOL, its a complete clown show with the CSAC.

Here's an article of what happened to Javier Capetillo when he applied for a boxing license in California.
You're going to blow your top CJ, this is proof of the commissions total lack of knowledge of what they're doing.
Here's proof of how inept and even corrupt that they are.

I'm telling you, the fact that Capetillo was reinstated by the CSAC and then taken right back away from him just shows the incompetence of the commission from top to bottom.
I truly believe that the majority of the personell with the CSAC are incompetent. They really shouldn't hold the jobs they're assigned to.
To be employed with the CSAC is about who you know, not what you know.

Point blank, that commission doesn't have a clue as to how to conduct a proper hearing as was noted in that article.
    Just terrible!!!

Heres the thing that puts this argument to rest:
After getting caught Tony NEVER stopped another boxer.
Strange considering he supposedly hit so hard.
Again let me repeat: Tony NEVER stopped another boxer after the handwrap incident.

Margarito was never considered a power puncher. He averages close to 100 punches a round, he wore people down. This also occurred at the end of his career. When you defense is primarily your iron chin, eventually it will crack. Now, these aren't precise reason, but moreso things one should consider when being open minded.

Let me educate you out of your ignorance...…...

After the Mosley fight Margarito was out a year and 6 months and he fought Roberto Garcia at the time was a highly rated junior middleweight. Tough fighter that is still active today. In 47 fights he's never been stopped.
Then Margarito fought Manny Pacquiao in a fight that left him permanently blind in one eye when Pacquiao's illegal handwraps
cracked Margarito's orbital bone around the eye.

That was it, that was the extent of Margarito's career after the handwrap incident.

Three highly rated fighters in Shane Mosley, Roberto Garcia, and Manny Pacquiao.
So Margarito didn't stop those fighters and your conclusion is that it is proof Margarito was cheating all along???

My friend, a person has to do his homework before making such an ignoramus statement.

Their problem was they never had a case against Margarito All they had was that used pad that turned out to be harmless. They jumped in on that POS's lying word & then realised they had no evidence of attempted glove loading. This really showed how bad the State Commissions are. Sad part is it tarnished a good fighters name & career UNFAIRLY
