Interesting, Kind of an odd fight to make for Tank. Certainly not without its risks.

Mario Barios is meh, but I guess it's a step up for Davis.

Have to say this guy does not want to fight anyone at lightweight.

    Wow...interesting.

Barrios is 5'10 with a 71 inch reach. Huge step up for Davis

Interesting fight at 140. I think Barrios takes this.

Yeah, this decision is absolutely befuddling from his handlers.

I mean, on one hand he could pursue a fight with a big star, who's a KO artist coming off of a big win, with questionable whiskers, at 135, who has a 2 1/2 reach advantage and a 4 1/2 inch height advantage. in a division Tank seems fairly comfortable. Huge risk, could take an L, but worth it for the payday alone.

Or he can move up to 140, in a division he's never fought in, to take on a relative unknown with a 3 1/2 inch reach advantage, and a 4 1/2 inch height advantage, who is also a KO artist, with a solid set of whiskers. Huge risk, could take an L, but a small payday against an opponent no one knows.

    And he chooses Option B.

Completely agree. Barrios has nothing to lose and everything to gain. Davis doesn't have Mayweather defense, he's going to get touched in this fight.

WOW, I think it would be a mistake on Davis' side.

Will be a huge payday because Tank is a box office who sells out arenas all over the country and generates PPV sales. The Instagram champion could have had it after calling out Tank and the whole team accepted them the punk ran away claiming he was fighting Pacquiao next. That’s Garcia for all talk but not of the life. Eddie Reynoso, Papi Chepo and Canelo need to talk to because “No Boxing No Life” means something. Anytime Garcia is man enough to put on big boy pants and get in with Tank he will receive the devastating highlight reel KO decimation he deserves.

Tank is hilarious. Tank is unproven at 135 so instead of fighting a guy at the weight, he steps up to a higher weight to fight a bum. Barrios is not good. He’s heavier and taller but looked very bad against an unknown Russian two fights ago. He’s literally faced no one at 140. Perfect excuse for Tank to sidestep, duck and dodge all of the good competition in his weight class and fight a nobody at a higher class. Typical Tank move. His clueless fans will love it but anyone with a brains hood see it for what it is, a pathetic move from a protected fighter.

If this fight takes place, it proves nothing. Tank has no interest in staying at 140. The top guys will take his head off. He picks a guy with no top level experience and hopes to build his BS brand by beating a larger guy. I hate this kind of marketing garbage. Why not fight a top guy his own weight? I think the answer is obvious unless you are an idiot.

Did twink **** of Floyd? Fight makes no sense. As a fight fan I love it but looking at how he had been protected to now being thrown into the deep end of pool to sink or float.
