Two of the better light-light welter amateurs I have seen..Though Im not a huge expert on the am's especially before the 90's.

How we see this one going?

Kosta always seemed a fantastic boxer in his amateur footage, whereas he just did everything to set up the right hand once he became pro (and rightly so)

Haven't seen a huge amount of Kindelan to be honest, bar the Olympics he had with Amir Khan.

Not making a prediction, just thought I'd show some interest :good

He was...but so was Kostya for quite a while, when he went to the Olympics in 88 and when he medaled at the world champs in 89 he was a lightweight.

I dont think the weight is a big issue here..for arguement's sake lest say they fight in between the weights.

I dont know a hell about the amatuers around their time....Kostya beat some pretty talented and athletic amateurs like Millet, Acevedo, Forrest etc. But seem to stumble when he faced the top cubans around the time.

They were both very very good though.
