Mario is certainly easier to take than the disturbing presence of Max Kelerman.

 

I'd take Slater over Kellerman.
Slater trains with Freddie Roach, plus Slater was on the new mecca of boxing, "Dancing with the Stars".

 

I saw a picture of him in the Ring at Boxing Hall of Fame during induction week last year

A.C. Slater trains with Shane Mosley. Mosley said that if he started training when he was a little younger, he'd be a FORCE. As it is, he's supposedly a very talented boxer.

I think HBO should offer Ricky Hatton a commentators spot and drop Max Kellerman. Hell, even George was better than Kellerman.

Wow, not bad for Mario, definetly knows what he's talking about. I have a feeling since he isn't so involved in the boxing scene that maybe he wouldn't be so biast, I'm sick of the commentators picking favorites, like is Kellerman a racist or am I crazy? Anyway, I vote yes on Lopez.

Agreed...I was wondering the same thing. He isnt Howard Cossell for god sakes, but he is far from bad. Plus he has made some HUGE improvements as of late.
