Heavy punches no doubt, but his hands are slow as ****. If he wants to become a boxer, he must lose at least 50lbs (of muscle). At least Shannon Briggs still has fast hands.
I would hate to grapple with him, but he would have to be very lucky to land a single punch against any half decent fighter if that is as fast as he gets. He's really not built for fighting right now, far far too heavy and slow. If he tries to stand and fight he will get constantly beaten to the punch and will gas. His only hope must be in close, but he has to get there first.
Im intrigued by this due to who Mariusz is but thats as far as it goes. Realistically its only a circus bout. And Mariusz striking looks dreadful. He really wings the right hand.
wow, wish I hadnt bumped into this until next week, didnt realise it was happening. Cant wait now. Use to watch strongman comps and wondered what these guys would be like in a fight, now the best strongman ever is gonna enter MMA. Extremely interesting and cant wait till it goes down. Of course he will fight a bum and win. 3 years of MMA training, id like to see him handle Brock Lesnar...though I think Brock beats him easy with wrestling. He would beat Bob Sapp right now though. lol.
