Honestly surprised the books have this fight going the distance.

Why? Wach isn't nearly equal to Joshua, nor even Bakole tbh (and Kingpin's only other stoppage loss was on cuts).

True but seems like Kingpin is way past his prime and it’s heavyweight boxing.

True but Mariusz is no spring chicken either, and Johnson is still a defensive-minded slicks boxer with a good chin. Bakole overwhelmed him with sustained lengthy speedy combos, something the lumbering Pole isn't exactly known for.

Why is that? You are the second person on this thread saying this.

I personally think the bookies have it overpriced, considering that Johnson only fights to survive, has only been stopped by big punchers and went the distance with Dubois. Also, Wach isn't know for being a knockout artist. Or were you being ironic?

I would personally give it at least an 80% chance of going the distance, probably more like 90%.

    Seems the likeliest option IMO.

Even if Johnson turns back the clock and shows out, he isn't getting a decision in Konary w/ three Polish judges.

Um, guise..? Why are you completely ignoring the possibility of Kingpin doing the KOing here?

True. Wach has been stopped just as many times as Johnson has. (and sure, vs. Povetkin was via injury but that just cancels out Johnson's cuts loss to Milas. So both have been TKO'ed or knocked out exactly twice...including by the same person in Bakole)

...and KJ wasn't expected to stop Leapai, Haumono, nor Pianeta either.
