It is becoming more likely that Mark de Mori will meet Sam Peter on the undercard of the Chris Arreola vs Bermane Stiverne WBC eliminator on December 15th.

Finally. Finally, a decent match-up in the making for de Mori :good

Good luck to mark and great news that he has found a good opponent, hopefully he trains hard and can get in there and really impress.

wow...this is a fight for demori..peter hasnt been that active and lost his last 2 by ko against top opposition ... cant see demori being more than a warm up opponent to get peter back in the winners circle..but will be going for him... "if the fight goes ahead"

Quite a few in the boxing world are questioning whether this Venezuelan card will hold together on Dec 15th considering the huge purse bid Don King had to pay to win the rights to Arreola-Stiverne & then send it to out of all places Venezuela.

There has already been talk of Arreola-Stiverne taking place on Jan 26th underneath potentially Ward vs Pavlik on HBO as Dan Goossen was the 2nd highest bidder.

Thanks Kegs. This might be why Mark hasn't received confirmation yet. DK promotions seems like a bit of a train wreck. I wonder if DK actually makes decisions at his age or whether he's now just a front man to other people's **** ups:think

I asked de Mori about his next fight on twitter a few days ago. He is hoping the Peters fight comes off and is looking to base himself in Europe in 2013.
