The 'no road work' training schedule is certainly very untraditional. I remember Ali used to do all his road work in heavy leather work boots and still manage to keep in front of anyone who ran with him (the others instead wearing runners). Anthony Mundine copied this practice off Ali, amongst others, and as a result one of his hips is apparently absolutely shot - you could argue that rugby probably didn't help the hip either though.
Mate i'm guessing Rugby league is more likely to be the reason why he's hip is ****ed and not the work boots.
Agreed Beaver. But Mundine himself blames the boots, or that's what he's been telling the press anyway.

..........yeah... aint Perth notorious for facts!!! Did Kronky give you this news?? Be a water saver.... dont light a match!!!!!!
Keep your left hand up Mark! We are waiting for your next fight over here....how about getting in the ring with Tye Fields? He is attempting a "come back". It should be an easy fight for you, and you'd certainly get good publicity when you KTFU that lump. And finally: Keep your left hand up!
On the steroids issue I've already given my opinion as nicely as possible, I'll just add that I'm the proud dad of twin girls and would never put them in an environment that would cause them harm or around people that I don't fully trust. My girls and I have been visitors to Marks numerous times and hes also been a guest at my place while my kids have been there. I've kicked people out from my place for drinking too much around my kids. If you think I'd let anyone who's been on the juice within coo-ee of my kids your an idiot. Which, in fact, you are. Pretty easy to make baseless allegations from the anonymity of your keyboard though Shiner. In the real world that would be defamation.
