McCormack wins by stoppage, Parra's corner pulls him out.

Rolly gonna rue the day he was born when he's having to contend with the level of slickness McCormack brings. He needs to duck or vacate because this is like Floyd without the bling

He has a lot of strings to his bow, McCormack. He's as happy going backwards as he is forwards, he can defend when he feels like it, enjoys fouling for profit, and generally has a lot of vet type know-how for a 7 fight guy.

Correct , he looks too well seasoned for his tally of fights , his focus and conservation of strength will serve him well when he strays up to elite world class level.

McCormack was obviously an excellent amateur and he fought and beat a lot of top names

Including current world champions Richardson Hitchins and Gary Antoine Russell Jr

IIRC he hurt the later pretty badly

    How'd McCormack look, CST80?

I've been cautiously optimistic about this kid. Buy or sell?

Pretty goddamn impressive actually, I'm still cautious about him as well, but leaning towards buy.

Pat was a fantastic amateur, and he looks like he has all the tools to go to the top as a pro, but he's being moved along too slowly, and he's likely peaked. At 30, he's not going to get better from this point, but he could probably beat Romero in his next fight. 147 is thin too, so there's no reason he can't mix it at the top; he's probably the best pro prospect in the UK at the moment outside of Itauma.
