Brown Flash started off very sharp, outclassing the less fluidly mobile Cajina with stiff jabs to face and gut, then hacking down with the right hand while pivoting widely around him to navigate the corners. Good sense of ring positioning & command of distance from Barrett.

For some strange reason I've had this in my head since I read the thread title.

    Round 1

Heffron is bouncing around, sticking a high left jab out from armpit height into the forehead of Hoskin-Gómez. A bit of stance-switching from Heffron, dribbling a southpaw jab off Hoskin-Gómez's chest at short range. Hoskin-Gómez is doing his best to remain squared up to his moving target, unable to line him up for a 1-2 but trying a few, testing out the waters. Hoskin-Gómez catches Heffron with a couple of probing jabs on the cheek. Body shot by Heffron. Solid chopping right by Heffron while turning Hoskin-Gómez. Double jab and high-arcing overhand right from Heffron, hurting Hoskin-Gómez. Follow-up barrage and Hoskin-Gómez is down in the corner. Saved by the bell.

    10-8 Heffron

This won't go much longer. Heffron looks another level here.

Eh, stoppage was a bit too soon, but he was on his way out regardless.

    Round 2

Heffron is zip-lining a quick left jab into Hoskin-Gómez's line of sight and then crashing down with an overhand right before retracting, catching Hoskin-Gómez blind. A few more combinations pin Hoskin-Gómez in the corner, unable to punch his way free or evade the fast and relentlessly aggressive Heffron. Towel in as Hoskin-Gómez begins taking a few consecutive unanswered shots.

    TKO2!!!

Kid Dynamite is supposed to be lined up for an English or British title shot this year. Seems ready for Jahmaine Smyle to say the least, but Callum Smith could be a bridge too far. With the former he's giving up just half an inch, the latter he's surrendering four. Not to mention, on form alone, Smyle is decidedly no better than domestic tier while Mundo has shown flashes of being game to mix with the world class.

He definitely has the style to sell tickets at least, so his destiny might emerge as 'the next Rocky Fielding' even if he falls short when he steps it up.

They should have an undefeated Brit SMW round robin with Jamie Cox, Callum Johnson and Mark Heffron.

Heffron's next outing (as is Barrett's) is on the undercard of Frank W.'s upcoming "Battle of the Liams" at the M.E.N. Arena on April 8th.
