That's a fight that should have happened in the 90s and help make the lower division more exciting back then. Good fight with some nice action but I see Too Sharp beating Romero by decision. Johnson outboxes Romero with his more flashy movements and combos similar to what Johnny Tapia did.
Too Sharp looked close to unbeatable for most of the 90's. I can't even remember a close fight in the 90's. I just got to go with what I saw. Johnson by comfortable UD.
