How do you think this match up would go at Flyweight? Mark Johnson that took out Arthur "Flash" Johnson in the first round against the Nonito Donaire that iced Darchinyan; who takes this?

Too Sharps defensive lapses coupled with Nonito's very decent one punch power could see an unexpected result here.

But more than likely Johnson just beats Donaire to the punch and leaves him befuddled.

Probably Donaire. He was physically huge down there and had big power.

Look through my posts. I've been saying for ages that Nonito is a natural counter puncher who doesn't look all that good off the front foot.

    Too Sharp is massively overrated.

I imagine quite a few still would've went for Johnson.

On the other hand, Too Sharp is not nearly as quick with his feet as Rigo and liked to trade a bit too much.

Too sharp was a good fighter. Not sure he deserved the HOF 100 percent, but I don't argue it. I think Too Sharp beats him.

If Too Sharp boxes smartly he could take the play away from Donaire similarly to how Rigo did. I figure he would, knowing who he was in against. This ain't a guy he can just walk down and overwhelm, as he had a tendancy to do with the lesser-thans.

Flea has been high on nonito for months and is in a state of butt hurt right now.

Last month he'd have favoured donaire over anyone from fly to feather :good

Too Sharp really wasn't as good as Nonito in the tiny weight classes. And I love Too Sharp and dislike Donaire.

Johnson didn't get blown away, past his best by a hard puncher like Rafa at 118. And owned Montiel (in the early going anyway) years before Nonito did when, you guessed it, Johnson was past his best.

Don't know anyone is picking him to be stopped here. Although I agree he got more involved than Rigo' did last week I'm not sure I ever saw him be hassled too much.

Okay, his opposition was generally woeful. It's hard to get a good gauge on how good a fly he is H2H as his opposition was so poor there. But I will give Johnson the benefit of the doubt, I don't think he'd get wasted.
