Mark Magsayo is nothing special

This is how I feel. Gary got a humbler that may light a fire under him for this last part of his career. He can't just sit and spin anymore. But Magsayo was very lucky the injury occurred. Shades of Chad Dawson vs. Karpency.

I agree with that! as you said, why didn't Magsayo go after him more instead of staying in 2nd gear. I'd have told him in the corner to hit Russell on that shoulder with hooks so he'd feel the pain.

Agreed. Russell actually showed a lot of heart fighting injured and refusing to give in. In saying that I am glad that Magsayo won now we might get to see some unification match ups.
