Rafael Ciar (3-0, 0 KO) vs. Pablito Balidio (3-1-1, 0 KO) - 6 rounds @ Flyweight

 

Round 1: 10-9 Balidio

10-9 Balidio; Balidio is the more technical fighter while Ciar likes to move forward and attack the body. Better round by Balidio who actually caught Ciar with a counter left hook that stunned the undefeated fighter momentarily.

20-18 Balidio; Cleaner and better work from Balidio again. Landed another big left hook as Ciar came in. Both guys not as active in this round but Balidio landing more, while Ciar is moving forward but not able to land much.

30-27 Balidio; Closer round, with Ciar having success attacking the body late in the round. Balidio still landing the better punches, working off of Ciar's aggressiveness and landing great counters.

39-37 Balidio; Not much happening in the first two minutes but Ciar stepped it up big in the last minute landing some big shots up stairs. Balidio may have taken a break this round as he took some unanswered punches.

48-47 Balidio; Very close round. Balidio, the right hander, fought this round entirely as a southpaw and he did find some success but I preferred Ciar's work throughout the round. Ciar was able to land bigger shots early which he sustained until the end.

58-56 Balidio; Another close round to finish it. Ciar started the round well but I think Balidio stole it late. I think Balidio won the first three rounds clearly enough. The best result Ciar could hope for is a draw IMO.

I might have to leave after this fight, to watch the Philippines in the FIBA World Cup, so someone feel free to take over the RBR then

10-9 Serafica; Awkward first round. Serafica is counterpuncher type. Slow round but Serafica landed cleaner. He already had a warning for holding with the crowd getting antsy with his antics as he also threw a missed punch after the bell.

20-18 Serafica; Close round but Serafica found his groove late using his jab as Rosales came in.

29-28 Serafica; Rosales is mad. After Serafica landed a good left hand counter, Rosales became unleashed, throwing a bunch of huge left hands that landed. Serafica maintaining his composure but this was a big Rosales round.

39-37 Serafica; Best round for Serafica as he threw a little bit more as compared to the previous rounds. Rosales slowing down and looking frustrated as he's missing big, wide shots.
