Agreed but I think it's a decent fight for just his second fight since his layoff due to managerial issues.

20-18 Escaner; Another close round but I still preferred Escaner's early work and stronger blows. Pael is not doing too bad as he uses his jab to set up right hands from distance.

29-28 Escaner; Pael really controlled the majority of this round with his jab and right hand. He got into a bit of trouble when he opened up too much but really good round for him as Escaner didn't get close enough.

39-37 Escaner; Pael cannot afford to just stay in front of Escaner like he did in this round. Gave the Escaner the opportunity to unleash huge combos upstairs and downstairs. Pael finished strong again but an Escaner round.

48-47 Escaner; Pael able to block a lot of Escaner's shots this round and able to fire back with good body shots and right hands upstairs. His jab remains a key weapon for him.

 

Definitely better opponents than CJM's next fight, Benezer Alolod.

57-57; I did not expect this fight to be so competitive but Pael is showing up. Escaner started the round strong with his combos but Pael just took it over again and finished the round strongly. He ended the round with a big right hand on Escaner's face.
