Mark Urvanov vs. Rene Alvarado & Pavel Silyagin vs. Abraham Gabriel Buonarrigo RBR

Urvanov finally widening the gap in these rounds as he seems to have found a rhythm with his movement and knows what to expect coming at him. The jab is flowing as usual with check left hooks and dipping overhand rights landing aplenty now.

Must say there's lots to like about Urvanov when he's in his groove. His head movement is good, especially when he rolls with shots Canelo-style and he hooks off the jab very well. He belongs among the world level even if I doubt he becomes a champion at all.

Alvarado looks a beaten man in the corner. Barring a miracle KO Urvanov should have this in the bag. He separated himself in the latter half of the fight and deserves a victory here.

After a close start to the fight Mark really seemed to find his reads and capitalise on countering Alvarado's tendencies. He looked very impressive in there, definitely worth watching his tricky style of boxing if you like someone who both moves and throws plenty.
