How would the Magic Man do against Floyd ? That era Marlon fought in was very competitive. Cobra Curry, Johnny Bumphus, Lloyd Honeyghan, Micheal Nunn, Maurice Blocker, Simon Brown, Tommy Ayers, Terry Norris, Mike McCallum to name a few.
Marlon defeated Floyd's father Floyd Sr.
Are there any fighters in here that could defeat Floyd ?
We all know Floyd is an ATG . I wonder if he was in this era would he be undefeated ?
Starling vs Floyd who wins ?

Floyd is limited in Welterweight a good number of Welterweights can beat him, you want to test Floyd match him up at 130, possibly the GOAT of 130 Arguello is the only man at 130 who can challenge his claim :bbb

Marlon too strong and talented. He would counter Mayweather's jab with the straight right ; over the top . Floyd would not understand what was happening to him in there . He gets picked apart after the confusion takes over his mind.

Here is an awesome conversation between John Scully talking with Tyrone Booze about Moochie, Hartford and Cuda Leaks, the Ohio State Fair and others . Pass this one on. Classic.

You cant just say that and think thats just the way its going to go. Break it down further. What happens when Mayweather doesn't throw his Jab and uses his straight right instead? You act like the dude doesn't know how to adjust.

Starling was very strong and very slick. Very talented. A tough opponent for anyone. Really enjoyed watching him. Boxed great against Breland as I recall.

    How is he today?

you know as well as i do that Floyd would never get into the ring with those guys if they were around.

he wouldn't even get into the ring with Williams and Margarito.

Floyd knocks out Marlon and Marlon forgets about it, tells Merchant postfight he wasn't hurt.

Someone like Sugar Ray Leonard would have jumped at the chance to fight Pac Man if he was Floyd.
