    Not sure what you're arguing. The fight was agreed upon at a catchweight of 144, not 144-146. The penalties were just that.

    The penalties were pre-negotiated in the contract that JMM agreed to. It was PART OF THE CONTRACT. That's what I'm arguing.

    What is it that you're arguing? If you admit that pre-negotiated penalties were part of the agreed upon contract, then what's the issue?

    JMM was probably tickled pink that Floyd came in 2 over. Which, again, was part of the contract.
