By most accounts JMM beat Pac and we all know what Pac did to Cotto and Margarito.

Is it that much of a stretch for you to believe JMM would be in the least very competitive against these guys?

 

At 147 vs Marg and Cotto, JMM would eat the canvas.

At 140, 60/40 in favor of Cotto. I think the weight would still bother JMM. Cotto tends to be vulnerable in later rounds and JMM has a history of finishing strong. If Cotto opens up a big league, say 6-3 I say he wins UD. If 5-4, JMM has a chance for SD.

At 140 with Marg is not a reasonable match up.

 

Jmm no longer has the punch resistance to deal with cotto or Margo's power.

 

The margarito that fought pacquiao would really hurt marquez. JMM does not have the speed especially the footspeed that pac has he'd get walked down and destroyed. And same thing with cotto.
