If JMM looks good in his next fight, make Pac - JMM happen , hopefully at 140 or maybe a catchweight.

Not entirely true. Roach has been adding more tools to Pacquiao's arsenal ever since JMM 2. Pac's footwork, combination punching, and defense have noticeably improved. He's a lot less wild, and smarter. A lot of it is experience ,which goes hand in hand with the rest.

I think we can continue this conversation after he beats someone natural in 140. Honestly, Marquez is more skill then everyone sep for FM. But let not forget he almost got Knock the **** out by diaz. I doubt he evern hurts cotto and margarito.

the only reason he's doing this is because he craves a big money fight with pacquiao, just like another quiet fighter, shane mosley, came out of character in pursuit of a mayweather or pacquiao clash. juan manuel needs to keep his focus squarely on michael katsidis though, because their aren't many relentless yet effective, pure warriors out there like him.

It has nothing to do with improvement upon the STYLE or TECHNIQUE.

    You said...."
    This content is protected
Pac took Margarito's best shots and please remember that Margarito outweighed Pac by 17 lbs. "

Pac got rocked by JMM at 130. Based on your reasoning...shouldn't that have told us, "he won't handle anybody above 140"? Now, he's carrying 145-150 lbs, and absorbing punches from WW's and a LMW. So, if JMM was carrying the same weight, it stands to reason, he CAN handle fighters above 140. That is...unless you are saying Pac's chin has improved, since moving up in weight, too. He's either always been able to absorb a good shot or he hasn't. The weight is relative. JMM's AGE is the real issue, IMO.

"See that's what's wrong with [Manny] fans", you assume Manny is a COMPLETELY different fighter than he was just 9 months before he beat ODLH.

i choose this fight over mosley. i expect jmm to be sharp and back to his old self against katsidis. a 3rd fight at 140 can be made early next year if floyd is still dealing with his legal problems while on vacation.

I can't agree with what JMM has said here. The reason why Pacquiao was even able to prevail against both Margo and Cotto was because of his footspeed in addition to his handspeed.

He doesn't have enough of either to escape from Margo and Cotto. It's a styles thing.

I would not really say he almost got knocked the F out...

lets not forget Marquez knocked the F out of DIAZ the 135LB champion at the time he had only been defeated once by nate capmbell... he lost the MALINAGGI POST marquez after the brutal KO that JMM handed to him... It was a damaged fighter and to this day JUAN DIAZ has not recovered.

Look at JMM 1 DIAZ vs JMM DIAZ 2... DIAZ is a completely different fighter.. never looking to exhange in essence he no longer was the baby bull as the KO that JMM handed him damaged him into being a boxer only and not get hit.

    Nice Pacquiao DANCE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pa4GPrRs6_0#t=5m3s

Still... The anology that the other said is ******ed....

PAC DID SEND JMM to the floor 4 times..

    Its all about STYLES

    STYLES MAKE FIGHTS...

I have no idea WHY PACQUIAO fans don't embrace the 2 JMM fights they are probably the best fights he has ever produced the brought out the best in each other.

really? lol i've always thought barrerra was an *******

as far as pac handing his ass to him....pac's had two chances...in my view he won the first but jmm won the 2nd...rubber match at this time and at 147 will not change the fact that jmm gave pac all he could handle over 24 rounds
