Diaz is a much better fighter than Katsidis.

......in fact Diaz already clearly beat Katsidis.

.....but I'm with you, I would have rather seen Marquez take apart Katsidis for the simple fact that we've already seen Marquez KTFO Diaz.

......I'd rather just see Marquez do it against a different opponent.

Agree on all points. We've already seen this script with Diaz, time for something new.

More like a breath of poorly recirculated air.

Like I said, I believe Marquez already proved himself the better man in the 1st fight and had Diaz all figured by the last few rounds. It wouldn't surprise me if he dominated Diaz the second time out and judging by their recent lossses, it might be a sad thing to see how both men have declined since they last met up.

    Great vid Philla.

I wonder if HBO can surpass their horribly biased commentating from the first fight.

I think it's a worthwhile fight. The first one had a nice flow, with Diaz landing a lot early before Marquez put him down. I'm not sure it's PPV worthy, so I hope there's a good undercard. Otherwise, I'll be waiting for the free replay.

Hoping to see this live; I've never been to a live event before, so this should be good. Trying to find the best seats available @ the Mandalay Bay.

I see Marquez winning this, probably via UD.

Im with you on that. Theres definitely better fights out there for Marquez.
I personally don't even know why a rematch with Diaz was even mentioned. Marquez destroyed that poor kid. Then Diaz loses to Maliggnaggi of all people :patsch. Diaz is not worthy of a Marquez fight. Marquez is far superior even at his age.
