I was thinking this as well. Many of these fights are probably considered "low risk" to Arum, but in the event that the "risk" asserts itself... twice... even the Bobfather would be sucking his thumb weeping

This is a BS offer from Top Rank!

It sounds like they offered a shitty deal according to GBP. Hell, they offered to fight at 147 lbs. If you think that's fair, you are a moron.

JMM should not be fighting at 147 lbs. (see Mayweather fight). A more reasonable fight would be a catchweight. Pac has no problem forcing others to fight him at a catchweight so why not offer it to JMM? Besides, at this stage in JMM's career he is no longer the same threat, much less as a bloated lightweight.

If you think JMM should come up to 147 for a title shot, that's dumb too. JMM won't give a crap about a title if it means he can fight Pac.

Pac is a great fighter, but some of the **** Top Rank and Team Pac do is just crap.

Youre saying arum has no interest with floyd? arum is greedy and pac vs floyd worth millions 10x fold against marquez. why would he not want the fight?

LOL, yeah ok. Arum is not going to let Pac fight Floyd until 1) Pac loses or Arum feels he's just about done, 2) Something happens to Arum.

Arum is so spiteful, he would play a hand in not letting the biggest fight of all time happen, just to spite Floyd (who left him) and GBP (run by Oscar, whom he hates).

Especially when he can match Manny against in house fighters, and keep the lions share of the money. 3 fights with Manny fighting them = more than he would make with Manny fighting Floyd. The risk is also substantially less.

Pac is a great fighter, but there is a history of him being hoodwinked by shady promoters. It's happening again...

His hatred of both Floyd and Oscar, two non-white people who left him, is worth more to him than the money is. Especially when he has alot of money, and can make tens of millions with Pac.

If Pac left Arum to promote himself, Arum would turn on him in a second, and attempt to ruin him.

the "hate" between the two is not holding up the fight.

Dude, I know you are a Pac fan, but be real. You really think Arum is seriously trying to make that fight??

He hasnt said a good thing in print about Floyd in years, and he has NEVER put a fighter of his in with Floyd after he left him.

And you dont think the fact that Mayweather is suing Bob Arum for purse money from several fights from when he was under Top Rank has anything to do with this?

Or the fact that Floyd left Arum and then participated in the biggest fight of all time, against another fighter who left Arum?

Or the fact that Arum is in a cold war with Floyd's promoter?

There is no way you can be this naive.
