The only real threat of the 3 was Canelo Alvarez as he was young and unbeaten and it was Mayweather moving up in weight to face him. Marquez moving up 2 weight divisions and cheated at the scales to top it off, never had a realistic chance. Pacquiao had already been schooled and then KTFO by a blown up Marquez in fight 3 and 4. That right there should have told any fight fan with a brain, his chances vs Mayweather were very slim. 3 fights for Mayweather, only one real threat. Fighting a name opponent doesn't mean he's fighting a threat.
So no rematch for Maidana after he started training with Robert Garcia? Oh my, no rematch for Garcia? Algieri fought the fight of his life and lost after losing and getting knocked down 6 times in his last fight? Oh oh, that Khan. Oh yeah, he deserves a payday I mean fight against Mayweather.:roll:
Danny Garcia is the one who is not interested in a rematch Furthermore, Mayweather wants to fight Berto How does Berto deserve a Mayweather shot more than Khan?
Oh, I don't think either one deserves it. But the way Khan has been whining about it for god knows how long, it's annoying to see how high on the pedestal he puts himself thinking he deserves it when really, he's done nothing or very little to prove himself. So no, these 2 guys are a huge waste of time for Mayweather and don't deserve it.
Losing to average fighters gets you title shots nowdays, didn't you know that? You have Khan who I believe is a stylistic nightmare for Mayweather and you have Thurman who just finished dominating Guerrero and Collazo, and yet Mayweather sets himself to fight Berto. Makes all the sense in the world!
:hi: 42-0, one of the best at LMW and he's not prime? :rofl Marquez went on to do big things, huge win. Went on to beat Manny twice and knock his ass out once. :good Pacquiao came off 3 good wins, 1 really good one in Bradley. No excuses.
Canelo - not at proper weight despite holding a 154 belt JMM - not at proper weight, past his prime Pac - not at proper weight, past his prime Too easy!
1. He called Floyd out at 150, it was proper. He made it easily. :hi: 2. He knocked Manny Pacquiao out at that weight. :hi: Past his prime and yet he knocked Manny Pacquiao out after, beat him twice. :rofl 3. He fought at 47 for the last couple of years, no excuses. He got his ass kicked!!! 2 ez. :rasta
More like "He ducks them" Then after he fights them "It's a cherry pick" That's the story of his life. :yep
