Marquez and Pac to fight in November?

This is most likely to happen, good fight that a lot of people have been crying for. One thing I dont get is why bob arum didnt do marquez vs pac now since his contract expired and matched the winner of that fight vs the winner of a berto vs mosley fight. there would be way less hatred. I want this fight to happen at 140 but 147 is likely since pac is champ there.

I read they want to extend marquez' contract with the exception that if a pacfight were to happen toprank would promote the event alone, after that golden boy can do what they want. still a greedy move but he doesnt need to leave gbf for it.
