Marquez at #1 P4P is debatable but there is no reason for him to be behind Calzaghe!

And again, the fights weren't made because they weren't the best at that time. I'd take fighting the best fighters out there than just fighting someone with a belt. And as has been said before, Team Valero was quoted as being NOT READY at the time.

And are you serious about Pac selling the fight in Texas? He only sold 200K against Diaz on Vegas and your expecting Pac to sell HUGE against an unknown Valero IN TEXAS? And Pac was quoted MANY times that he wants Valero. That is a fact.

Honestly your arguments are WAY OFF. You don't even bother checking with the facts. If you want I can post the articles here made months ago about how Pac was seriously considering Valero as his next opponent after Diaz(before that bully DLH stepped in).

Valero is still an unproven quantity. Let him fight the elite first like Campbell, Marquez or even Juan Diaz even you say that. He has not even fought in this weight yet.

Honestly I can't believe someone is saying that Valero is the biggest threat to Pac at 135 when he has yet to even fight there. :huh

Is the Valero hype train back again?

i'm always facing trouble when i say i have him at #1. if pac should manage to beat de la hoya, though (which to me is not too far fetched), i guess that would make him #1 if marquez doesn't manage to do something unexpected himself.

i don't care if someone ranks pac ahead of marquez or whatever, in their two fights they showed they're basically equally matched, but calzaghe.. it's just absurd to have him up there. 2 close as **** fights between pacquiao and marquez and still calzaghe manages to put himself inbetween?

I can post the same articles too about Arum trying to make the fight. I have dozens of articles of Valero calling PAc a chicken. Barrera even told PAc not to take the risk with Valero if he wants to fight Hatton. My arguments aren't way off. I have my facts staight along with my opinion which is my opinion. He did not fight those guys(the big 3) 7 straight times in a row. He didn't even need to fight Morales a 3rd time. Valero and Guzman were risk fights that Arum calculated not to take. I'm not doubting PAc, I'm doubting Arum. He did this to J.M.M by not having Barrera or Morales fight J.M.M in his prime.

Unproven? He won a WORLD title. How is he unproven? Because you don't his comp? There are over 5000 boxers today. Nobody knew Ricardo Torres before he fought Cotto and he gave Cotto hell...and he didn't bring a title to the table. Arum just wanted to make sure Cotto was the goods by throwing him in there with a power puncher. Why can't he do that with PAc? Oh, Pac fights with a suit on. Yes, the Valero express train is back and in full effect...

Valero calling Pac a chicken and Barrera telling Pac to not risk it with Valero? What the hell has that got to do with Pac running from Valero? Do you know what your saying here?

And YES! Arum WAS trying to make the fight. You can find every article saying that stuff. So how does that prove that Arum does not want anything to do with Valero.. when he actually tried to make the fight..? :huh Honestly NALLEGE, what your saying here don't make any sense at all.

I never lost a fight, and I never got stopped in a fight like Pac has 2 times lol. Yeah, it's me...Mr. Valero to you buddy. Take your suit off and lets fight lol. If you thought Morales out brawled you, wait until you see what i'll do to you waffle iron head lol...

The Valero-Pac fight was almost a DONE DEAL if it weren't for the medical delays and DLH stepping in. Yet you sit there and label Pac as afraid to fight Valero? :patsch

And who are the fighters Valero has fought? They're all unknown except Mosquero who knocked him down in the 3rd round of their fight. Tell me how can you sell a fight w/ Valero who is an unknown champ w/ a paper title. Hahahahahahahahah!

I guess what you'r saying does make sense, and what I'm saying doesn't make sense lol...Arum trying to make a fight? Arum trying to make a fight?????? lol...My opinion is that PAc is running from Valero. No disrespect but learn to separate facts from my opinion. Arum can snap his fingers and make a fight. He can promote Valero as is biggest threat, and promote Valero and PAc by telling their stories. PAc has a suit on. I don't expect him to take this fight ever...

Valero/Pac would be a war and a sure-fire FOTY type fight(for as long as it lasts) but, except for his power, I honestly have not seen Valero do anything to even suggest that he belongs in the ring with Pac.

I like Valero and I hope he can prove himself but right now he's only a poor-man's PACMAN!

You can sell Valero's story, promote his record, and call him PAc's biggest threat that's how. Promotion won't be a problem. Convincing blind diehard PAc fanatics like yourself that this is a legit fight is the key lol...
